HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations: Accepted – Request a cancellation: within 02 hours

Modifying the order: If you realize that you need to change information of your order, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 12 hours to modify your order. After that time, we will not accept any requirements about modifying the order

Please send us an email to [email protected] or use contact form and include the following information (this is a must):

• Order number
• The adjustment that you would like to make or the reason of cancellation
• Full delivery address

We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.
