Our return and refund policy is designed specifically for our print-on-demand (POD) products and ensures fair, transparent support in the rare case that something goes wrong.

When Are Returns or Refunds Accepted?

We offer a 30-day return or replacement guarantee for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects: Fabric tears, misaligned stitching, or production issues.
  • Printing quality issues: Blurry, faded, or misprinted designs.
  • Product mismatch: Item received is significantly different from the images or description on the product page.
  • Wrong size or design shipped (if it doesn’t match your order confirmation).

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at baohanteecom@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Photo or video of the defective item
  • Full front and back images of the product
  • Photo of the shipping label

Product Condition & Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns must be sent via postal mail using the provided prepaid return label.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Replacements Instead of Refunds

We encourage replacements over refunds for issues like incorrect size or design, provided the issue is due to our error. You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The item delivered doesn’t match your order.
  • Our size chart was inaccurate.
  • There’s a significant print defect or production flaw.

If the issue doesn’t fall into the above categories but you’re still unsatisfied, contact us—we’ll always try to work out a solution for you.

Important Note About Color Variation

Please note: Colors may vary up to 20% from the images shown due to screen displays and lighting during photography. This is not considered a defect.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
