BaoHanTee is committed to protecting its intellectual property and respecting the rights of other creators, designers, and businesses. This page outlines our policy for handling Intellectual Property (IP) matters and how you can report suspected IP violations involving our brand or file a complaint if you believe your rights have been infringed on our platform.

1. Our Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the BaoHanTee website, including but not limited to:

  • Product designs and patterns
  • Product photography and lifestyle images
  • Website layout, text, graphics, and logos
  • Marketing content, lookbooks, and product descriptions
  • Trademarks and brand elements

…is the exclusive property of BaoHanTee and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws, as well as applicable international treaties.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sale, or modification of BaoHanTee’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

2. Reporting an Infringement Against BaoHanTee IP

If you discover that a third-party platform, website, seller, or individual is infringing on BaoHanTee’s intellectual property—such as using our product photos, brand name, or designs without permission—you may report the issue to us directly.

Please provide the following:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Link(s) to the infringing material (product pages, listings, images, etc.)
  • A description of what IP is being violated (e.g. product image, design, text, trademark)
  • Screenshots or supporting documentation (if available)
  • Statement that you have a good faith belief the content is infringing BaoHanTee’s IP rights

3. Submitting an IP Complaint to BaoHanTee

If you believe that content hosted on BaoHanTee.com infringes your intellectual property, you may file a formal complaint. Your submission must include:

  1. Your name, address, email, and phone number
  2. A description of the copyrighted or trademarked work
  3. The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material
  4. A statement: “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A statement: “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.”
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

4. Counter-Notification Process

If a takedown or removal was issued against you in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your name and contact info
  • Description of the material removed
  • A statement explaining your belief that the removal was a mistake
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in the relevant U.S. District Court
  • Your signature

We will forward this to the original claimant and, unless legal action is filed, may restore the content after 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

BaoHanTee maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringement. Any user or entity found repeatedly violating IP rights—ours or others’—may have their access to our website and services permanently revoked.
