2 · What Qualifies for a Return

✔ Acceptable

  • Unworn watch, stickers intact, tamper seal unbroken
  • All box, papers, extra links, booklets and accessories present
  • RMA requested within 14 days of delivery

✖ Not Acceptable

  • Protective stickers removed, bracelet sized or polished
  • Visible wear, scratches, dents, water ingress
  • Returns requested after the 14-day window
  • Final-Sale or auction items (clearly labelled on the product page)

3 · Easy 5-Step Return / Exchange Process

2. Use the pre-paid labelA FedEx Priority Overnight® return label is already inside your watch box. Place it over the original label.Ship within 5 business days of RMA approval
3. Pack securelyRe-use the double-wall outer carton, foam inserts and tamper-evident tape supplied. Insert the RMA slip.
4. Ship & trackDrop at any staffed FedEx location; adult signature is required. Retain the drop-off receipt.
5. Inspection & refund / exchangeOur watchmaker opens the parcel on video, verifies condition and tamper seal. We e-mail confirmation and…
• Refund: processed the same day, lands on your card/PayPal within 3–10 banking days.
• Exchange: replacement watch ships within 1 business day.
Completed ≤ 10 calendar days after parcel arrival

If the watch fails condition checks we will send photos and propose either a partial-refund offer or return-to-sender (our shipping cost).


4 · Damage, Misrepresentation or Authenticity Issues

If we ship the wrong model, a watch arrives damaged, or any qualified expert (CW21 or better) declares it non-authentic within 14 days:

  1. Email evidence (clear photos or the expert’s letter).
  2. We arrange immediate FedEx pick-up at our cost.
  3. Choose a full refund or a free replacement (when available).
  4. We cover third-party authentication fees up to US $200.

5 · Lifetime Authenticity & 12-Month Mechanical Warranty

  • Lifetime Authenticity Warranty – If your BaoHanTee watch is ever proven non-genuine, we will repurchase it at the price you paid and reimburse authentication costs (≤ US $200).
  • 12-Month Mechanical Warranty – Covers internal movement defects. Excludes damage caused by water, impact, magnetism, or unauthorised service.

6 · Holiday Extension

Orders placed 15 November – 31 December qualify for a 45-day inspection window.
