At BaoHanTee, every product is made-to-order and custom-produced after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Wrong color or design chosen

However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

1. Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, orders are in production and cannot be canceled or changed.

To cancel/modify, email us at contact@baohantee.com with the subject line:
“Order Cancellation/Modification – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

2. Returns – Defective Products Only

We only accept returns if the product is:

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item, size, or design received

Returns accepted within 30 days
Condition: items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Printing or production defects
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Major size discrepancy (not matching provided size chart)
  • Significant color/print errors compared to product description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Minor color variations (due to screen/display differences)
  • Customer-submitted design/text errors
  • Items damaged through misuse by customer

Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email: contact@baohantee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Short description

Step 2 – Approval
We will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 – Return Shipping

  • BaoHanTee covers return shipping for defective/incorrect items.
  • Unauthorized returns or non-defective returns will not be accepted.

Step 4 – Refund/Replacement

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. (Your bank/card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days.)
  • Replacements: A new production cycle (3–5 days production + shipping time).

3. Refunds

Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5 business days after approval.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges for non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind) are not accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • BaoHanTee covers all shipping costs for defective/damaged/incorrect returns.
  • Returns that don’t meet policy requirements are not eligible for free shipping or refunds.
