4. Counter-Notification Policy

If you believe that a DMCA notice has been filed against you in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your name, address, and contact info
  2. The URL(s) or material removed or disabled
  3. A statement: “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
  4. A statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located…”
  5. Your electronic or physical signature

We may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original claimant files a lawsuit.

5. Repeat Infringers

BaoHanTee reserves the right to terminate access or block users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, per our Terms of Service.
