4. Counter-Notification Policy
If you believe that a DMCA notice has been filed against you in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, and contact info
- The URL(s) or material removed or disabled
- A statement: “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
- A statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located…”
- Your electronic or physical signature
We may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original claimant files a lawsuit.
5. Repeat Infringers
BaoHanTee reserves the right to terminate access or block users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, per our Terms of Service.
