Cancellation & Modification Policy
At BaoHanTee, we understand that plans change. That’s why we allow a short window for you to cancel or modify your order.
🔄 Order Modification
We allow modifications to your order (including changes to size, color, shipping address, or product) within 6 hours of placing the order.
To request a modification, please contact us at support@baohantee.com with your order number and detailed instructions.
After the 6-hour window, your order will be processed and sent for fulfillment, and we will no longer be able to make any changes.
⚠️ Note: Once an order is processed by our warehouse, modification requests cannot be honored.
❌ Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of order confirmation.
- Cancellations requested after this period will not be guaranteed, as your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment.
- A 10% cancellation fee may be applied to cover processing and payment gateway costs.
To cancel your order, email us at support@baohantee.com with the subject line: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].
📦 Already Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible post-delivery resolutions.
⚠️ Important Notice
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
- Refunds (if approved) may take up to 2 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
