At BaoHanTee, we respect the rights of all creators and brand owners. If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly on our website, we are committed to working with you swiftly and professionally.

A. HOW TO REPORT AN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATION

We maintain a strict policy against IP infringement. When notified with a valid complaint, we will:

  • Remove or restrict access to any material that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Take further action, including possible account termination, against repeat violators.

To file a claim, please include the following in your message to our IP Team:

  1. A clear description of the work being infringed
    Please specify whether it is a copyright, trademark, or other IP, and include relevant registration numbers if available.
  2. Identification of the infringing content
    Provide product links, design names, or screenshots that help us locate the content in question on BaoHanTee.com.
  3. Your full contact details
    Including name, company (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A good-faith statement
    Declare that you believe the use of the content is unauthorized by the IP owner, agent, or law.
  5. Declaration of accuracy
    Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information is true and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your digital or physical signature

B. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR CLAIM

Once we receive a valid report, we will:

  • Review the materials carefully.
  • Remove or block access to the reported content (if valid).
  • Notify the account or designer who uploaded the item.
  • Record the incident in our system for repeat violation tracking.

If the content is found to infringe, it will remain removed permanently.

C. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR CONTENT WAS REMOVED BY MISTAKE

Designers or users who believe their content was wrongfully taken down may file a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Reference to the removed content, including product or design URLs.
  2. A statement of good-faith belief that the content was mistakenly removed or misidentified.
  3. Your contact details, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction in the U.S. court relevant to your location.
  5. Your digital or physical signature

If no legal action is taken by the original claimant within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the content at our discretion.

D. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512(f)), any person who knowingly submits a false claim may be liable for damages, including legal fees.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to validate any claim or counterclaim.
