1. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

We accept returns for BaoHanTee Hawaiian shirts that meet our return conditions, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in New and Slightly Used condition, meaning they meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn: The product must not show any signs of having been worn for an extended period, beyond simply trying on for fit upon arrival.
  • Unwashed: The product must not have been laundered or cleaned in any way.
  • Unaltered: The product must not have been modified, tailored, or altered from its original state.
  • Free from Wear & Tear: The product must be free from any stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, body odor), pet hair, rips, tears, or any other damage.
  • Original Packaging & Tags: The product must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., poly bag) with all original tags still attached.
  • Resalable Condition: The product must be in a clean, pristine, and resalable condition, similar to how you received it, allowing it to be sold to another customer.

Products NOT eligible under “New and Slightly Used” (Not Returnable):

  • Items that show clear signs of actual wear (e.g., stretched fabric, faded areas).
  • Items that have been washed or laundered.
  • Items with odors (e.g., body odor, perfume, smoke).
  • Items with stains, rips, tears, or any other damage not caused by manufacturing defect or shipping.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your BaoHanTee Hawaiian shirt must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Garment must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, with all original tags & packaging intact.
  • Return must be initiated and post-marked within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Personalized or “Final Sale” items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items showing wear, wash, stains, pet hair, or odors will be refused.

3. How to Start a Return / Exchange

For your convenience, we handle returns by mail.

  1. Email support@baohantee.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of item & defect (if any)
    • Photo of original shipping label (if available)
  2. Receive an RMA confirmation and a PDF pre-paid USPS return shipping label via email.
  3. Pack your Hawaiian shirt securely (original mailer preferred), and attach the provided label to the package.
  4. Drop the package at any USPS counter or collection box; please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
  5. Lost your label? We’ll resend one free of charge.

4. Refunds

How Refunds Are Issued: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, whether it was a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or another accepted option.

Processing Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned Hawaiian shirt, we’ll notify you of your refund status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 calendar days after the item reaches our warehouse.

Refund Timing: While refunds are typically processed quickly on our end, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider and bank processing times. If delays persist, please check with your bank.

Haven’t Received Your Refund? If your refund hasn’t appeared yet after 10 calendar days:

  1. Re-check your bank or PayPal statement.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider for more information regarding pending refunds.

5. Exchanges

We offer one free size or color exchange per item within the 30-day window.

  • To initiate an exchange, follow the return process outlined in Section 3.
  • If the requested variant is out of stock, we will issue a product-price refund instead of an exchange.
  • Your replacement Hawaiian shirt will ship once the original returned parcel scans as “In Transit to BaoHanTee” by the carrier.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Personalized or customized garments.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
  • BaoHanTee Hawaiian shirts worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns initiated or post-marked after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items not purchased directly from BaoHanTee.com.

7. Color-Variance Notice

Due to variations in display settings and studio lighting, the colors of our Hawaiian shirts may shift by approximately ± 20% on different screens. This minor variance is not considered a product defect.

10. Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing it by emailing support@baohantee.com. After this window, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.

No administration fees will be charged for cancellations.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet after the processing time:

  1. Re-check your bank / PayPal statement.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider for more information.
  3. Still no refund after 15 days? Email us your order number and we will investigate.
