🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges due to order selection errors such as:
- Incorrect size or color choice
- Design variation
- Wrong quantity
- Address input errors
Please double-check all order details at checkout. If you need to make changes, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase and place a new one with your correct preferences.

🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
After this window, your order may already be in production or preparing for shipment.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery only if your item meets the following criteria:
✅ Returnable Conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product or design delivered
- Wrong size received (not as ordered)
- Material or product differs significantly from the original description
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Not be stained, worn, or tampered with
- Not contain minor imperfections that can be corrected (e.g. loose thread)
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Item was damaged due to customer handling or washing
- Incorrect size or design was chosen at checkout
- The product has signs of wear or customization
- Return request is made after 30 days from delivery
📄 Required Proofs for Return Requests
Please include the following when requesting a return:
- Order confirmation or receipt
- Clear photos of the product issue or defect
- Shipping label (if available)
- Screenshots of any relevant communications with our support team
📧 How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, email support@baohantee.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Attached evidence as outlined above
Our customer service team will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Do not send any items back before receiving written confirmation.
🚚 Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- BaoHanTee is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit
- Please share the return tracking number after dispatching your package
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility.
You will be notified via email once:
- Your return has been received and inspected
- Your refund has been issued to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the funds may take 10–15 business days to appear.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Then, email us at support@baohantee.com for assistance
⚠️ Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Any unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
- Items sent to the wrong address, lost, or returned outside policy conditions are not eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Orders not delivered after 60 business days are eligible for a full refund — contact us to initiate.
