We do not ship outside the United States. Orders with non-US delivery addresses are automatically cancelled and refunded.

3. Taxes
State and local sales tax are calculated automatically at checkout based on your ZIP code. No additional duties or customs fees apply to domestic shipments.
4. Shipping Notes
- Accurate address — include apartment/unit, ZIP and a working phone number. Returned parcels incur a re-ship fee equal to the original $4.95 charge.
- Uncontrollable delays — severe weather, peak-season congestion or strikes may extend transit time. Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10 days.
- Single-parcel policy — each order ships complete; we do not split or part-ship items.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Email support@baohantee.com within 4 hours on weekdays or 12 hours on weekends to modify or cancel an order.
- After that window, production begins and the order is locked. Cancellations after production starts incur a 30 % administration fee (see Refund Policy).
