2. Daily Cut-Off & Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, enter the authentication queue the same day.
- Orders after that time, on Saturdays, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Each watch is photographed, matched to listing specs, appraised for insurance, and packaged in tamper-evident materials.
3. Tracking & Notifications
- Label created → you receive an email with a carrier tracking link.
- In transit → scan events update automatically; you can also log in to My Account › Orders at any time.
- Out for delivery → final email with expected arrival window; adult signature is required.
4. Address Changes & Delivery Holds

Hold at carrier location | Reply to the tracking email once you receive the number; we will place a “Hold for pickup” request. |
Redirect to a new address | Only possible before the package leaves our facility. After dispatch, please arrange a FedEx/UPS Delivery Manager redirect (fees may apply). |
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Marked “Delivered” but missing? – Notify us within 7 days; we open a carrier trace. If unresolved within 10 days, we ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
- In-transit damage – Photograph the packaging and watch within 48 hours of receipt; email support for an immediate replacement label and refund/replacement.
- Every parcel is insured for its full value; claims are handled by BaoHanTee—not you.
6. Holiday & Weather Advisories
During peak periods (Black Friday → New Year) or extreme weather, carriers may add 1–2 days. We post real-time banners on site and in checkout if this occurs.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- No international shipping – We currently sell and ship only within the United States and U.S. military addresses.
- PO Boxes – Acceptable for USPS Priority Express only; high-value FedEx/UPS parcels require a physical street address.
- Freight forwarders – Orders to known forwarding warehouses are cancelled and refunded to protect authenticity and warranty coverage.
