We currently offer three shipping methods for all destinations:

All in-stock products are processed within 2–6 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes:

  • Packing and handoff to our logistics partners

Processing time may extend slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or sale events.


📦 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment in real time using:

  • Allow 5–7 business days for tracking info to appear in the system.
  • If there’s no data initially, it means your parcel hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet.

❗ LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days from the shipping date, you may contact our support team to request a full refund or replacement, per our [Return & Refund Policy].


🏠 INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses (provided by the customer) will not be eligible for refunds.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a successful delivery confirmation.

If your order requires manual modifications or adjustments (e.g. size or color changes), additional processing time may apply. You’ll be notified by our support team if your order is affected.
