By visiting this website or purchasing a watch, you agree to the Terms below. If you do not accept every clause, please exit the site and do not place an order.
1 · Definitions

2 · Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legally-binding contract. We sell and ship only within the United States.
3 · Products & Listings
- Each watch is authenticated in-house; full macro photos and condition grades appear in the listing gallery.
- Stock status: “In Stock” items are physically held in our Nebraska vault; we do not dropship.
- Images may show slight colour variations due to lighting; cosmetic micro-marks normal to pre-owned pieces are disclosed.
4 · Prices, Taxes & Currency
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Sales-tax is calculated at checkout according to your shipping ZIP.
- We may update prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is final for that order.
5 · Payment
Accepted gateways only:

BaoHanTee never stores full card numbers; 3-D Secure is enabled where supported.
6 · Order & Contract Formation
- Offer – Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase.
- Acceptance – A binding contract forms when we e-mail “Order Confirmation.”
- Right of refusal – We may cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, limited stock). Pre-authorised funds release within 3–5 banking days.
7 · Cancellations & Modifications
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of order placement—e-mail support@baohantee.com.
- After 24 hours the order enters authentication and packing; cancellations then follow the Refund & Returns Policy.
8 · Shipping (U.S. only)
- Free insured shipping: Handling 1–3 business days; transit 2–5 business days (FedEx Priority Overnight® / UPS 2nd Day Air®).
- Adult signature required; risk of loss transfers when the carrier scans Accepted.

9 · Returns & Refunds
- 14-day inspection window from the date of delivery.
- Unworn, unaltered watches with all box/papers may be returned per the Refund & Returns Policy.
- BaoHanTee pays return shipping if the watch is non-authentic, inaccurately described, or defective.
10 · Warranties
- Mechanical warranty: 12 months from delivery, covering internal movement defects.
- Lifetime Authenticity Warranty: If any qualified expert determines the watch non-genuine, we will refund the full purchase price and cover authentication fees up to US $200.
- Warranty void if the watch is opened, modified, or damaged by impact/water.
11 · Intellectual Property
All photographs, text, and logos on the Site are the property of BaoHanTee LLC. You may not reproduce or republish any content without written consent.
12 · Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots or scraping tools.
- Attempt unauthorised access to our servers.
- Resell Products without a written dealership agreement.
- Violate any applicable U.S. law.
13 · Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as stated in §10, the Site and Products are provided “AS IS” without additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14 · Limitation of Liability
Maximum aggregate liability arising from any order is the purchase price you paid or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, time, or opportunity).
15 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BaoHanTee, its officers, and employees harmless from third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
16 · BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS-ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Omaha, Nebraska. You and BaoHanTee waive any right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
17 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
18 · Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be:
- Posted at the top of this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and
- E-mailed to customers with an active order in the past 12 months.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
